I. Introduction In the present judgment, the General Court of the European Union (the “General Court”) had to examine the admissibility of a request for annulment brought on 12 July 2006 by the French television service provider Télévision française (“TF1”) against a decision of the Commission concerning the French support to cinematographic and audiovisual production adopted following a preliminary investigation. The General Court dismissed TF1’
