Caroline Buts is professor at the Department of Applied Economics of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, heads the research group Brussels Center for Competition Policy and is managing editor of the European State Aid Law Quarterly. Wout De Cock is a PhD researcher at the Faculty of Law and Criminology of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, member of the research group Brussels Center for Competition Policy and country correspondent of the European State Aid Law Quarterly.
