Caroline Buts is professor at the Department of Applied Economics of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel. She heads the research group Brussels Centre for Competition Policy, and is managing editor of the European State Aid Law Quarterly. Malgorzata Agnieszka Cyndecka is associate professor at the Faculty of Law at the University of Bergen, Norway, associate professor II at the Faculty of Law at the University of Oslo, Norway, and associate editor of the European State Aid Law Quarterly. Wout De Cock is adjunct professor and postdoctoral researcher at the Brussels Centre for Competition Policy of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel and country correspondent of the European State Aid Law Quarterly. Grith Skovgaard Ølykke is senior researcher at the Royal Military Academy and Vrije Universiteit Brussel, and external lecturer at Copenhagen Business School. She is also commercial law consultant, senior director at Law Firm Poul Schmith - the opinions expressed are hers alone (disclaimer: Grith Skovgaard Ølykke has been part of the legal team advising the Danish State in relation to several of the judgments involving (alleged) State aid granted by Denmark). Maria Segura is partner at Clayton and Segura State Aid Lawyers and managing editor of the European State Aid Law Quarterly.
