Malgorzata Agnieszka Cyndecka is associate professor at the Faculty of Law at the University of Bergen, Norway, associate professor II at the Faculty of Law at the University of Oslo, Norway, and associate editor of the European State Aid Law Quarterly. Wout De Cock is adjunct professor and postdoctoral researcher at the Brussels Centre for Competition Policy of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel and country correspondent of the European State Aid Law Quarterly.
