Our 15th jubilee year’s autumn issue – guest-edited by Judge David Ordóñez-Solís – focuses on the duties and powers of national courts highlighting the essential role played by national judges in terms of enforcement and development of the EU State aid rules. In particular, EStAL 3/2017 serves as a kaleidoscope reflecting upon the 2009 Commission Notice on the enforcement of State aid by national courts.
