EStAL 4/2020 Out Now

Issue 4/2020 of the European State Aid Law Quarterly (EStAL) is now available. It offers comprehensive articles on important current topics: the need for a Third-Country State Aid Instrument to restore a level playing field in the EU’s internal market, the implementation of the Green Deal, what could be new tasks supported by State intervention for Germany’s industrial policy, recovery of unlawful aid in case of insolvency, and common interest as a condition for State aid compatibility.
